Jennifer B. Durham

Jennifer B. Durham, AGPCNP-BC is an adult gerontology primary care board certified nurse practitioner in Virginia Heart’s Reston office and also visits patients at Reston and Loudoun hospitals.
Jennifer earned a Master of Science degree as an adult nurse practitioner from George Mason University in Fairfax, VA. She began her focus on cardiology in 1990 when she served as a registered nurse at Fairfax Hospital, for nine years in the Cardiac Surgical Step Down Unit and Critical Care Unit.
Inspired by a long family history of nurses, Jennifer’s goal is to help her patients understand their health and overall wellness and work with their families to better comprehend their medical issues. She has a special interest in working with the geriatric population and helping them embrace their health care options so they can optimize their quality of life.
In her free time, Jennifer enjoys gardening, cooking and spending time with her husband, two boys and their Labradoodle.
