Scott Butler, MD, FACC specializes in general non-invasive cardiology and is board certified in cardiovascular disease, adult echocardiography, nuclear cardiology and internal medicine. He has a special interest in the management of ischemic heart disease, heart failure, echocardiography and nuclear cardiology.
Dr. Butler became interested in cardiology because of the fascinating breadth of the specialty that empowers him to participate in preventative care, imaging and the management of a diverse array of conditions. Today, as a non-invasive cardiologist, his goal is to help his patients truly understand their cardiac conditions, to alleviate their symptoms and to partner with them to prevent the development of future cardiac problems.
Dr. Butler enjoys reading, playing jazz piano and exploring Washington D.C. with his wife, Brittany, and daughter, Noa.
